Look and Feel Younger with These Healthy Foods
I have a confession. I’m not as young as I look, or act. Not even close. In fact, I’m often mistaken for being at least 10 younger than I am. So what’s the secret? I can assure you it’s not some miracle pill or topical application that gives me energy and creates a youthful look while I sleep! I’ll be honest and admit that a fragment of the credit must be chalked up to good genes. (Thanks, Mom!) However, that’s only a small part of it. Acquiring and keeping youthfulness as you get older comes from regular exercise, avoidance of unhealthy practice, and eating right. The foods you eat and how much of them you consume — portion control — make the strongest impact on a healthy body and youthful appearance.
Here are some my favorite foods that have anti-aging capabilities, keep me looking and feeling younger, and satisfy my taste buds: Read more…

Mittelschmerz, which is German for “middle pain”, is a condition that occurs when women are ovulating. If you have severe cramping or sharp pain in your pelvis or lower abdomen about halfway through your cycle – usually around 14 days before your next menstrual period – you may be experiencing Mittelschmerz.
